Korean Hamburgers

Enjoy :)

  1. Lightly toast the sesame seeds and optionally crush them.
  2. Chop up the onion.
  3. Combine all ingredients.
  4. Form into balls and flatten into patties.
  5. Sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top.
  6. Broil, Grill, or Pan-Fry until done over low heat so the sugar won't burn.

Typical recipe size is 4 1/4 pounders

Serve on a toasted bun.
