Gather up a few materials...
1 piece of 3/4" x 20" CPVC
1 piece of 3/4" x 7" CPVC
2 CPVC 90 degree 3/4" elbows
1 1/2" long piece of 1" ID clear vinyl tube.
1/2" Growler
Ok, your done. Just put the parts together.
That's it.
