- Colonial Kitchen Fajita Mix
- 3/4lb Flank Steak
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Bell Pepper
- Queso Blanco
- Diced Tomato
- Shreaded Lettuce
- Follow the package directions with the following exceptions.
- Use 3/4 lb of flank steak cut thin on a bias.
- Add the thinly sliced bell pepper first to the wok and cook for a few minutes over high heat then add the onions.
- Use melted Queso Blanco cheese as a topping.
