Ingredients
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 1/4c Green Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Panko Bread Crumbs
- Black pepper to taste

Korean Hamburgers

- Lightly toast the sesame seeds and optionally crush them.
- Chop up the onion.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Form into balls and flatten into patties.
- Sprinkle additional sesame seeds on top.
- Broil, Grill, or Pan-Fry until done over low heat so the sugar won't burn.
Typical recipe size is 4 1/4 pounders
