Chicken and Waffels

  1. About 6 hours before cooking wisk buttermilk with Hot Sauce and add the Chicken Tenders, cover and refrigerate
  2. Combine the flour and seasonings. Place the tenders in the flour mix and coat well. Place the tenders on a wire rack and allow them to rest for 15 minutes. You will see them start to dry.
  3. Cook the Chicken in 325° Oil until done.
  4. Butter the waffels and place the Chicken on top and pour warm Maple Syrup
