- 4 Chicken Tenders
- 1C Buttermilk
- 2 Tbs Hot Sauce
- 2C AP Flour
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder
- 1 Tea Salt
- 1/2 Tea Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tea Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 Tea Old Bay
- 1/2 Tea Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 Tea Onion Powder
- Belgan Waffel Mix
- Maple Syrup

Chicken and Waffels
Enjoy :)
- About 6 hours before cooking wisk buttermilk with Hot Sauce and add the Chicken Tenders, cover and refrigerate
- Combine the flour and seasonings. Place the tenders in the flour mix and coat well. Place the tenders on a wire rack and allow them to rest for 15 minutes. You will see them start to dry.
- Cook the Chicken in 325° Oil until done.
- Butter the waffels and place the Chicken on top and pour warm Maple Syrup
